Prabandh Realtor (“we”, “us”) is a real estate consultancy based in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our enquiry channels, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us when you contact us, plus basic usage data about how the website is used.

• Enquiry details you submit through a form, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, mobile number, email address (if given), your requirement and any message, such as the area, budget or property you are interested in.
• Property and document details you share with us during an engagement, which we use only for that transaction.
• Website usage data collected by Google Analytics 4: pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived on the site.

Why we use it

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent and only for these purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email and to arrange site visits or consultations.
• To carry out the service you engage us for — shortlisting, due diligence, documentation, registration and related coordination.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to deliver what you asked for — for example with a property owner, developer, lender, advocate or the sub-registrar office during a transaction you have instructed us on — or where the law requires it.

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (an email-forwarding service) and may be stored in our own database. Website analytics are processed by Google. These providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on the same requirement, then deleted. Records relating to a completed transaction are kept for as long as tax, legal and regulatory obligations require.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent at any time, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out. To make a request or raise a grievance, contact us using the details below; we aim to respond within 30 days.
